Charming Stay with Helpful Staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The Classic Double Room offered elegant decor and unmatched cleanliness. The staff, especially Oscar, were incredibly accommodating. For older guests, I suggest requesting a room with fewer stairs to ensure comfort. a refreshing experience in a picturesque location.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were very helpful and cute, it felt like they wanted to take care of me, like family. I especially loved the spacious bedroom in the new building, made me feel important and comfortable, it was just perfect for a quiet getaway.
The meals were a bit pricey, maybe that’s just the cost of enjoying these little luxuries.

Perfect for a Couple's Retreat
The building is just stunning, really, I felt like I walked into a different world. The staff was also very helpful, providing recommendations for local dining spots that didn’t steer us wrong.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but honestly, it’s worth it.

Just a balanced option for short visits in Newcastle upon Tyne with all in all brilliant value for money. Had a great time enjoying their high tea in the dining room, which was one of the best we've experienced. Bring your own snacks if you plan to stay in, as the room service wasn't impressive.
